YOGA ETIQUETTE

Please arrive at least 5-10 minutes prior to class. Arriving late not only disturbs others in class, but compromises your experience as well.

Be certain to inform the teacher prior to class if you have any serious health conditions or injuries. If you have any health concerns, please consult your doctor before starting a yoga class.

Drinking water during Yoga classes is discouraged. Yoga is about burning up toxins and going within - drinking water breaks your concentration as well as others in the class.

What to wear: Comfortable clothing that allows you to move every part of your body, such as t-shirts, shorts, leggings, or stretchy workout clothes. Yoga is always practiced in bare feet.

Please shut off cell phones and pagers before entering the studio.

Some people are very sensitive to scents, so please refrain from wearing perfume to class.
